Using Perk discount code online for an additional line

I am trying to add an additional line onto my account and I have a perk discount code however it will not let me enter this online as saying 10% already applied however perk is for 20% so I would prefer to use this. Please advise.

Is anyone else having connectivity issues with their mobile 4GEE WiFi.  This is a regular occurrence.  Not being funny but I’m not paying monthly to have no connection when we need WiFi out and about.
