I have the same problem. But have received no text nor email to say its being disconnected.my number apparently is disconnected. have been trying to get in touch EE but its leading nowhere!Frustrating.

Friends and family discount code - not working

HelloI'm getting the error that the code entered is not applicable with data plan despite the data plan having no discount already applied to it. Please can you help? This is the an iphone and the EE unlimited all rounder data plan.  Thanks

Downgrading a Broadband Package

Hi, Currently on the 500mbps plan, if I were to upgrade my plan to say the 900mbps plan could I then downgrade back to the 500mbps plan later on? any advice much appreciated
