Classed as a existing customer but unable to login

Good evening,

I am trying to apply as a new customer but it tells me I’m an existing customer, yet when I try and login I get the below error.  I moved to a different network a month and half ago so just wondering how long I need to have left for these errors to sort.

Many thanks

@MPhillips2k4  Your email address is still registered to your old account even if that account is now closed, you need to use a different email address or call customer services about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It’s unfortunate but wouldn’t let me with a different email either. Very frustrating

That will happen if you ported the same mobile no. away from EE & then back. You can't have 2 a/c's on the same no.

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
