New ported number not showing on my account

Good morning every one

I ported over my brothers old number from O2 at 2:30pm yesterday using a PAC code

the EE advisor said it would be all done between midnight and 5am this morning.

On my EE app it still shows that the new number ( which came with the SIM card ) is on my account , NOT my brothers old telephone number ??

its an iPhone and have turned on & off and manually put the new number in the iPhone , but the sim telephone number still shows on my account ???

anyone any ideas please ??

Welcome to the community.

 

When requesting a number port before 5:30pm on a weekday, it goes through the next working day.

 

It can take up until midnight of the port date to go through fully. Sorry for any confusion.

 

If the number hasn't ported by tomorrow morning, give us a shout and we'll do our best to help.
