I paid to upgrade early and didn't get my phone till today 2 weeks after I paid I only had 2 more weeks till I could get upgrade free surely I shouldn't have to pay the full £69 or £67 upgrade fee

you will need to speak with customer services on 150 if you wish to dispute the charge as there is no account access here on the community.
