Hi,
Can you help please? I've got an order and confirmation email (13Mar) but no phone on an upgrade.
The online order tracker remains showing 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.'
Any assistance would be much appreciated - thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The order is for an iPhone 7 Black 32GB on a monthly contract.
And yes, that was online ....... order number is available if it helps.

The iPhone 7 is showing in stock on the EE Shop online, I would suggest giving us a call so we can get the order looked into for you and give you an update on the delivery.
