Phone Upgrade Delivery

Hello,

 

I placed an upgrade order over the phone and I was told this would be put on for next day delivery. The phone ordered is an iPhone 11 Pro in space grey. I placed this order on Thursday and I haven’t had any communications since then, no confirmation email, tracking number or DPD text. Any update on this?

I haven’t received an order reference number so I can’t do order tracking

I also ordered an upgrade Thursday. All I got was a confirmation email and haven't heard anything since. Covid-19 has obviously slowed everything down. Try online chat

I am in the same boat as you. Done an upgrade on Thursday with next day delivery and heard nothing apart from 2 separate emails from EE.

Did you make a form of upfront payment? if yes, has this left your account?

Hi Katie!

 

I figured my problem out my bank blocked my card.

 

I think it would be handy if an email was sent out if the payment doesn't go through as i still got the thankyou for your delivery email!
