Hello, I ordered a new phone on the 30th of March and I haven’t had an email regarding delivery.. I’m a bit worried as I’ve paid £100 upfront cost for the phone

I ordered new earbuds on the 30th too and only paid £10 upfront.. But I have not heard anything either neither can I find Anything that helps in my emails. Probably down to covid 19 unfortunately but I'd like to have an email telling me what's going on.. Hope you hear something back soon!

Did you receive a confirmation email? if yes, there should be an order number beginning with XKN/XKO. You can use this to track the status of your order using our online tracker.

Hi I ordered the Huawei ear Buds. When I use my order number it comes up in red writing, 'sorry we can't get your details right now' then says 'we will keep you updated on the order by text or email, but I have not heard anything? Thanks!

These are currently in stock, I would recommend allowing another day to for the order tracker to be updated before contacting 150

I would recommend continuing to track this using the online order tracker

 

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch this will be updated and you will receive a text message from DPD.
