I’ve ordered a new phone on Thursday 21/01/21, was given a delivery slot of mid-afternoon on Saturday 23/01/21 and it’s not here. I’ve not had any emails or texts about my order and I also cannot track it.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the community,
Which phone, size and colour did you order?
You will receive a text/email the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD for delivery, which you should also be able to track by logging into My EE
Since you have not received an email with an order number, I would suggest you ring customer service tomorrow to find out and make sure it has gone through ok.
