Hi,
As a new customer, I ordered a contract iPhone XR on Christmas Day, but still haven’t received an order confirmation (and the chosen delivery date is today).
I had a voucher, so there was no upfront cost.
I’ve checked my emails (including junk) and haven’t heard anything about the order. Is there a way to check what’s going on?
