Hello, I've been facing the same problem as well even though EE promised I would have my phone today (Monday) and that you guys were in stock. Haven't heard a word from you guys since Saturday and now I'm stuck not knowing when I'm going to get my order. 

I've placed an order of an iPhone 12 pro max, Pacific blue, 128GB, and already paid £50 upfront. And to be Frank, I'm quite anxious to get it before Christmas. So I decided to call you guys yesterday because your customer service team said I will receive a text from DPD that day (Sunday), which I haven't heard a word from. And when I was on the call with EE, they said that they were out of stock and I would have to wait 14 days for dispatch?

My question is, why would they tell me that I'm going to get my phone today and then flip 180 degrees on me telling that they are out of stock? Is there any possible way I can get the phone before Christmas? That's all I'm asking for, please

I'm sorry you've been told wrong information.

Have you been able to track your order using our online order tracker?

Unfortunately, I can't. It just tells me that it can not trace my order

If you're unable to use the tracker, the only way to get an update on your order would be to call out Customer Care team.

Alternatively, you can wait for DPD to let you know when it is ready to be delivered.

It doesn’t matter if you speak to someone on the phone or chat they lie to you. Ordered 27/11/2020 told I would get it within 28 days! Got a bit edgy before Christmas so contacted them the responses ranged from we are having a delivery today so expect a message from DPD, to we are awaiting stock, to (now this is Christmas Eve) there is still time for delivery DPD to deliver on Christmas Day in special circumstances! Yes you couldn’t make it up unless you work for EE! The long and short is Apparently mine is expected yes between 4-9 January! But I don’t believe it! 
Im really disappointed EE are lying to customer and then passing on the blame to Apple which is not what you do! My contract is with EE not Apple. If you hear anything please let us all know
