New order

I ordered a new phone back in September still nothing. The order number to track the order is invalid, not happy

Was the number beginning with xko...? That is not a tracking number. I would suggest you ring customer service to find out what has happened with your order.

 

What phone did you order and what colour etc? Here in the forums we have no access to stock or accounts, this is a public forum.
