wrong email address

While ordering i entered the wrong email address, i can’t confirm or track my order, i haven’t had any texts to say it’s been dispatched and the customer service line isn’t very helpful.

Were the Mobile Care team able to update your email address? The delivery company should send you a message the morning of delivery.
