How can I change my address for delivery

I forgot to add my room number to the delivery address

how can I make changes to that

I tried to call customer service but they said I'm not a registered number yet.

@saoasunaxd  Only customer services can do something about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
