Ordered a new phone on wednesday still havent heard anything that its being shipped? Usually takes 7 days and its been 5 days?

I've checked stock levels and both versions of the iPhone XR in black are in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day.
I recommend giving our Mobile Care team a quick call, just to check everything is OK with your order.
