I am very angry,I was told via chat that I could upgrade early to the iPhone 13 pro max today,i pre ordered,paid the upfront cost,then it got cancelled,I phoned the sales team and they said I couldn’t upgrade till 1st October,will I get the upfront fee back??

I'm sorry to hear this.
The upfront fee should be refunded onto your EE Account, you would need to give us a call if you wish for this to be refunded to your bank.
