I’ve had an iPhone 11 on contract for two years well nearly and it ends on 4th November I’m wanting to upgrade straight to and iPhone 13, will I be able too? It says early upgrade £51? I’m so confused as it ain’t showing iPhone 13, is that because it’s not out yet just ready for pre order?
help me out
thank you

It states early upgrade of £51 meaning you have to pay £51 to upgrade now plus the upfront fee for the iPhone 13.
I would wait until 45 days before your contract ends to upgrade this will then not cost an Early Termination fee (Or upgrade fee). With every iPhone there is always massive delays when they first get released so it'll probably be close to November when you get it anyway. So why pay the £51 now.
You should be able to upgrade to it now though through pre-ordering. Go to your upgrade deals and click See All Phones

Just noticed. The reason you can't upgrade/pre-order tot he iPhone 13 right now is because it doesn't go on sale for pre-order until 1pm on 17/09/21. After this time you will be able to pre-order it

Hi
I’m trying to pre order the phone I want however it won’t let me it says sorry blah blah something like it isn’t available for me to do so?
is this because it’s sold out or something I’m not sure
i don’t mind waiting until my contract ends in November and ordering the iPhone 13 pro max then but I want to know if I’m able to
thank you

Hi @Neha2.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to let you know what is going on with your account and tell you when you can upgrade.
