Like most of you, I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max on release day, with Apple now confirming the new iPhone 13 to release next week, we will have to pay to upgrade?

It is a 24 sim only contract,it says I can upgrade on 1st October, surely I can do it now if I paid a fee @Chris_B

Pre ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max and will be sending back the 12 Pro Max, EE waived the £100 fee for me, didn’t give me a reason just put me on hold then said I wouldn’t need to pay

@StephJG24.. why are you getting in such a tizz about this?  If you can't upgrade until October then wait until then, it's mid September now!  Paying upgrade fees is a complete waste of money unless your existing phone is broken.  You might as well chuck a load of £20 notes down the drain.  I know some of those who MUST have the latest boy's toys often pay these fees but it doesn't change the fact that it makes your new device more expensive.

@StephJG24  Nope.  Your upgrade isn’t due.  To upgrade before your due date you’ll  have to pay off the remaining term of your contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
