Upgrade Issues

Hi,

 

I've tried upgrading my phone for a pre order Iphone13 Pro over last couple of days and keep getting through to screen where I click accept and it say site under maintenance.

 

Tried on phone, laptop and chrome and safari.

 

Anybody else have same issues and have they managed a work around?

Have you been able to try again this morning?

 

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies?

Hi

Yes tried a few times this morning and still the same issue.

Have cleared all cache and cookies on chrome and safari.

i have had this same issue when trying to order a magsafe charger, although i have had success ordering the iphone 13 pro max

its an add-on but i think im getting an error because i just upgraded 👍
