Hi All,

so i ordered a new SIM card only via the EE website, and I entered my Pac code etc from my existing number (three)

my new SIM card has arrived so I’ve put it in my phone, but it’s The new number

how do I get it to change to by my old number?

as I say the pac code etc was entered so presume the process is started

do I need to do anything ?

thank you

Good Afternoon @Cookyweb

Welcome to the EE Community.

When did you process your PAC request?

Is your old number still active with your old provider?

Katie.

Hi Katie,

Thanks for the reply.

on 3rd June I text Three from my mobile and received a Pac Code

On the same day, I went online at EE then spoke to someone and ordered a Sim Card, he took my Pac code etc there and then and processed the order.

My Sim card arrived yesterday.

I've put it in a spare phone as a test, currently the new EE sim is working with the new number

and my Old Three sim is also working with my old number.

Thanks for confirming this @Cookyweb

Please allow 24 hours, if your number has not transferred I would recommend giving our customer service team a call who can ensure your number port is going to progress.

You can call us on 150 from your EE SIM.

Katie 🙂
