My account has been closed automatically when I’ve changed over to another network. I am still waiting for a SIM card for my new network!!

Hi @Tasha990 

 

If you've used a PAC to transfer your mobile number to another operator, then that automatically closes your account with EE.

 

If you have an issue with your new provider, you will need to take that up with them.
