Hi!
I ordered my upgrade a couple of days ago now however the reference number provided in the confirmation email doesn’t seem to be working and I’ve tried everything to get an idea as to when my new phone will arrive but can’t find much other than it seems to be an issue with a lot of other EE users.
The phone I ordered was a 64gb Lilac iPhone 11 brand new, so would just like to know if there’s a wait or not on it because I haven’t heard anything and my last upgrade came next day.

Hello mate, firstly sorry to hear about you not receiving your new upgrade yet. I had a similar issue with Samsung s20 ultra beginning of last year in late delivery. Truth is you just have to hang in there. I know its soul destroying but just understand that everywhere in the UK is having issues at the moment because of covid19. Its slowing the world down. And most things are being delivered a little late due to importing etc. If you receive something early its just pure luck.
I'm sure you will receive your device shortly. Fingers crossed for you mate. 🙂

Yeah I totally understand why there may be delays due to COVID etc, would just be nice to have some form on update on it especially since on their site when I ordered the phone it said COVID wasn’t effecting deliveries etc.
