Just upgraded and had Netflix as benefit wher do I get an activation code to sign in

I've been having the same problem after adding Netflix as my smart benefit. Yesterday I received a text from EE saying they now it's currently not working, they're trying to fix it and would send another text when it's solved. Unfortunately, they're was no indication of how long that is going to take.
