NO update on new order

Hi i ordered new phone on 2nd sept and paid an initial £30 that’s been taken from my bank account but not had any other update at all?? anyone know what’s going on? can’t track as it says no info available can’t ring as says closed so how do i even resolve this?

You will need to call EE about this issue if the order tracker doesn't work.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
