What a disappointing service ee is

@EE has been one of the worst service experiences we’ve had — charging us without delivering, ignoring complaints, and offering no resolution. This is not how customers should be treated. #PoorService #EE

Resolved! Full Works Unlimited Sim Only

Find it very misleading to state "no charge Eu Roaming" and then find there's a 50gb FUP?Annoyingly, very nearly fell for this at £29 pcm, which is very good value. But, not as inferred in the advertising banner.

Contract ran 2020

Dispite my contract expiring in 2020 I always have a error or issue with pac when I try to upgrade. Iguess its like I am now on pay as you go as I do not owe any money for any phones  tempted to change provider any one else had this proplem.

Resolved! Discovery plus error (-1102)

I have an EE contract with Discovery Plus. Everything was working fine, but recently this message has been appearing, even when I’m using mobile data only. Is there any solution or way to fix this?
