NEW SIM activation problem

Hello!

I went on activate my new sim and forgot to enter the activation pin I had received on the old phone. It said an error had occurred, and now when I try again, I'm not receiving my activation pin my on old phone to activate new one as the old sim has been disconnected already..... and the pin previously received doesn't work... can you help please?

@JaneWatcham if you call freephone 0800 956 3146 a tech advisor will be able to get your new sim up & running 🙂

If your old sim been disconnected already has the new one got signal ?
