Can't upgrade, but contract ended

Lounomeat

I have 2 contracts with EE; mine and fiance's. I just upgraded fiance's - no issue.

Mine says the contract run from August 2017-2019, so should be more than long enough ago to upgrade, but currently says "You are not able to upgrade at this time". I was able to pick mine as an option to upgrade when I was doing fiance's, but that's changed.

Is this because I've only just upgraded fiance's? I don't see why that should affect my other contract. No monies owed, always paid on time.

Good Morning @Lounomeat

Thanks for coming to the community.

When did you upgrade your fiances' phone?

What reports back when you text UP to 150?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hi Katie,

It says I'm eligible to upgrade when I text UP to 150.

I upgraded my fiance's phone on Friday.

Thanks for getting back to me @Lounomeat.

It should not cause an issue if one line has been upgraded.

I have sent you a private message, please take a look when you have a moment.

Katie 🙂
