Hello all,

Does anyone know how I can change the device model that shows on myEE account?

It's only cosmetic & does not affect your use of your device. It will change eventually after you connect using your MyEE app from the device.

It doesn’t though does it! Even after installing a new sim which I was assured would fix everything, but it hasn’t made the slightest bit of difference!!!
