100% loyalty discount NOT WORKING. Hello my 100% loyalty discount is not working at all I was on a 2 year contract (max contract) for iPhone 11 Pro £94pm I now want to upgrade with the 100% upgrade fee discount however no discount is applied on any phone. I am aware of the (same price or higher rule) however how can this still apply to me if the Max contract now for iPhone 13pro max is less than what I've been paying for the 11pro for the last 2 year LOL, all a bit a laughable. Any help would be appreciated I do like EE and don't want to have to cancel contract and go else where.

Hi All,
had a message about a 100% off early fee when trading in my iPhone, but when going through the checkout process it still says I have to pay the upfront cost. I called 150 to speak to someone about it, but they didn’t seem to know about the offer and told me they couldn’t remove the early upgrade fee, I wouldn’t of thought about considering to upgrade if the offer wasn’t shown to me.
It shows on the website stating that there is no early upgrade fee when trading in a working iPhone mentioned in the list. Can someone help shed some light on this please.

I don’t get it. Got a message saying this but when I go to checkout it’s saying I have to pay full price
