nhs perk discount

I've recently upgrade my contract in EE store on 29/10/21, and I had NHS discount code from my perk account. When I reach home, just released that the discount was not applied. How do i add it back to my plan??

@illungaS : Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.
