My sim monthly data plan is wrong

I bought the £9 sim monthly with 10gb data. I’ve received sim but it’s telling me I only have 250mb. I have emailed and tried to call several times over the last 4 days. 
I need to sort this out, as you are charging me for a sim I’m not using. 
Also, I upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro max, there were lots of issues so I was told my plan would drop to £73 a month and the £50 upfront charge would be reimbursed but it hasn’t been. Please don’t ask me to ring 150, as I’ve tried that. Thanks
