I’ve had my ee sim for quite some time now but recently it just stopped working and it says no service. On the app I am logged out and when I write my number it says it’s not found.

Hi @Toseef_22
Welcome to the EE Community,
If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days, your account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed. But don’t worry; at this point it’s not too late to reinstate it – just get in touch with the Pay As You Go team.
if it is much longer than that you can get a free PAYG sim by clicking here
Thanks,
David.

Hi @Toseef_22
Thanks for coming to the community.
Is your SIM card on pay as you go?
If so, when was the last time you used the SIM card?
Speak to you soon 🙂
Leanne.

Sounds like it has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Hi @Toseef_22.
As mentioned above, is this a pay as you go SIM card?
If it is, you can contact our Customer Care team to get your number reactivated.
Jon
