I’ve been trying since the 16th to connect my Apple Watch to my data plan.
it doesn’t matter what me and the tech team have tried (through numerous phone calls), nothing works! The calls also keep getting cut off, no one calls me back when they say they’re going to... it’s all rather appalling to be honest.
can someone please help. I’ve tried resetting the watch several times, the tech team have changed the sim of the watch a couple of times. Nothing works!

What did our Tech Gurus advise when you last spoke to them? Have they raised a support ticket so the problem can be looked into?
