Hello there,
My add-on (50 UK to anywhere minutes) isn't showing on my MyEE account, not even under the Add-on tab.
I subscribed to that add-on just last week when I moved to EE. The add-on was showing and then disappeared and I just added it back in by texting 441. I got a notification that the add-on is ready to use. But it is still not showing on my account (MyEE app and web).
Why is that?

Thanks for coming to the community.
The add-on can take 24 hours to activate.
If you text ADD-ON to 150, does this show as active for you?
