Hi
i requested to port my husbands number over from Vodafone while ordering s pixel 6 last week online. I’ve just logged into my eye account and there is a new number showing but not the number I wanted to port, is this just temporary or has the port failed?

The port will usually take up to 24 hours from the point your EE number becomes active.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the current status of your port.
