Order not dispatched

I ordered my Apple Watch over a week ago and it’s still not dispatched yet when advised will be arriving with in the 7day period . Any chance of an update on this

It was the series 7 the one with the larger face , was told would be dispatched within 7 days and still not heard anything

I did yes sorry I explained it’s been well over the predicted date and that i still haven’t heard anything they just told me to either get back to yourself or take it with customer services ?
