My plan has changed and I can’t sign in

I was late paying my bill and got cut off . I payed my bill few weeks late and after I can’t sign in to the app and on the web site it now says I’m on a 15 pound pay as you go pack,

Hi @Blueboy123.

 

Can you sign out and then sign back in and see if it's still displaying this information?

 

If it's still incorrect, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account for you.
