Hi everyone. Just wondering if this has ever happened to any of you, I placed a order on the 16th everything was going well until yesterday I check the DPD so and it says my parcel was going to some shop (btw I'm working away so that's why I needed it to go to a certain address) so I speak to them and they tell m three nothing they can do about it they are just going have to recall it back! Then I will have to make the order again! Really sorry for the long post haha

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened.
Did you definitely select for this to be delivered to you, and not the store?
You could try getting in touch with DPD if you haven't done so already.

Hi jon. I'm not really sure what happened to be h honest. I mean I know it was me that asked it go to the shop, I just don't know how I did it lol, I did speak to dpd they told me I had to speak to the sender about changing address so I spoke to someone at EE who told me it was changed and then when I looked on the DPD account again it was still showing as being delivered to there, so I just had to have it returned back to sender then will have to make the order again. Quick question though, so you know how long it usually takes to get back there? It's been almost 4 days now 😞

Returning a device can depend on how busy DPD are, so unfortunately there is no set time.
You should be notified when you can order again.
