Trouble upgrading ‘sorry we couldn’t find that page’

Get to the very last step at the checkout choosing a new phone for upgrade and a message ‘sorry we couldn’t find that page’ appears.

tried five times now still no joy.

I'm also experiencing the same issue.

I've tried different browser options but as soon as I go to the upgrade options it says: sorry, we couldn't load that page"

 

That's using the app, and desk top site.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems upgrading. If you call our team on 150, they should be able to run through your options with you.
