Hi, If you look along the posts on this site you will see you are not alone. There are a lot of us in the same position. It would seem ee are continuing to sell phones they don’t actually have yet. The advice you will get from any ee member “is expected within 28 days”. This seems to be the standard response I’m afraid. It’s wrong, but now they have our money all we can do is wait, When I bought mine the sales team rep said I’d have it in 24hrs, it’s now 9 days and I still have no information as to when I should get it. There are people on here who’ve been waiting for three weeks. I hate to say it but I’d expect to be waiting for the 28 days, I personally expect it to drag on beyond that time frame. Sorry for the bad news.
