I have just recently upgraded my phone from android to iPhone, I received my phone today but was surprised to not be given a charger or headphones is this normal?
If it’s an iPhone 12 then unfortunately it is. Apple have made the decision not to provide these items from now on, allegedly to save on packaging and reduce their carbon footprint. However did they not consider the extra packaging they’ll need to make for all the charging adaptors people will now have to purchase separately, anyway, back to it, yes it’s normal on the 12 series and I believe new issue 11 series phones. Sucks doesn’t it!
