I replaced my much used and reliable Osprey with a new 4Gee mini. It will not connect and the password it asks for on the interface is nowhere to be found. Really need this to work as working from building at home with no wifi. Can anyone help?

Is the password on the sticker on the side? Or is it anywhere in the box?

Yes I have found that and changed the password but still resolutely refuses to connect to the internet ( I have restarted etc)

When you say you've tried restarting it, do you mean using the reset pin-hole on the back, @jnevillea?

Yes I used the R at the back to restart. Now have to hotspot on my phone and money out of my account today for the 4gee Mini!
