iPhone 12 pro

I upgraded to iPhone 12 pro on 24th Nov, had my order confirmation but no correspondence since.. tried to track the order number but says it’s not recognised. Spoke to someone on the phone and they said speak to DPD but I don’t have a tracking number...... wish I hadn’t have bothered upgrading

@Joanna28   An order number is not a tracking number.  And as Apple can not produce these devices quickly enough because of the current situation and it having a issue on parts it’s taking longer to produce enough devices so unfortunately this has a knock on efficient on getting devices to customers.

hi, I ordered mine on the 17th November, DPD have told me it’s coming tomorrow as they have received the parcel, seeing as you’re about a week behind me in the waiting list maybe expect it in the next 7-10 days. Hope this is helpful. So frustrating having to wait this long for a device and think ee still advertising 28 days dispatch is irresponsible because the orders they have taken currently are already exceeding that time frame so what hope do they have of delivering new orders within 28 days.
