Ordered the iPhone 12 pro Pacific blue 128 GB 15th November so it's now been a month (32 days) since I ordered the phone. I've Not been contacted or had any information from EE. I've tried calling them multiple times with no answer. This is ridiculous from EE!! 😡

I would recommend calling 150 from any EE handset or 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider

Hi, I ordered the same model (storage, colour) as you on the 17th. I am going to receive it tomorrow- DPD have just informed me on the dpd app where parcels linked to your phone number and email address automatically show up. Hopefully you are in the same stock batch as me if you have received it already?
