I have had the same SIM card since I had it last year. Today my SIM card suddenly isn't working. I have turned my phone on and off multiple times and it still isn't working.
Is there anything you can do to help this?

@PhoebeJane first off does anyone else have an issue with EE that is with you as if they do it might be a network issue and which case you might want to have a look at THIS and use the check network status tab.
If all is okay in your area and then you might need a replacement SIM card. Can you get one from an EE store (you’ll need ID) or by calling customer services you must make sure you request a replacement SIM card.
