student discount

Hi, I've got my student discount code but it won't allow me to put it onto the contract I'm trying to take out. There was 2 lines on the account but now I've removed one and I still can't redeem any of the codes. I wanted to live chat someone but I haven't had a live chat option come up so can anyone help:)
