So I had an offer of going from a pay-as-you-go plan to a Pay Monthly in the My EE app.
I have ordered an iPhone 11, and the email states to call to discuss. Tried calling 3 times yesterday and just couldn’t get through, tried messaging the Facebook page and had no response and I’ve tried to set up an online chat and it just says to call! What can I do about this?
