My EE sim says no service

My daughters iPhone says no service

@Ruby10   Have you tried restarting the device?  Are you using a EE phone is that ok ?

The sim did work in it. Just stopped all of a sudden.

Is your daughter using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?
