My EE broadband disconnects most nights around 10pm

Hi,

 

Most nights around 10pm, can be 9:58pm or 10:05pm etc, my broadband disconnects. I am sure it is nothing in my house that is causing it.

 

Just wondered if anyone else has this problem?

Mine does every night around 9pm. Sometimes 8.58pm, sometimes 9.02pm but usually 9pm. Then every 15-20 minutes thereafter.

 

was there any solution for you? I’m afraid I’m going to leave EE anyway as they just won’t help me and keep trying to sell me products. They’ve came to fix it twice and made it worse so it’s time I gave up and tried somewhere else.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your home broadband.

 

Have you contacted our Broadband Care Team to let them know it wasn't resolved after the last engineer visit?

Yes me to the worst problem is I can’t even use my WiFi next room they are literally next to each other maybe it’s another way of making money to buy boosters but tonight I can’t do what I wanted to do with my broadband but I am using my mobile which is also ee I it’s very funny

This has been fixed now.

 

I switched to Vodafone broadband. I am not sure what actually happens during a switch other than swapping the router but whatever it is has resolved the problem.
