my question is : every time I call EE , I stay on phone more that 40 minutes.. is this is including in your description.
my question is very simple.. I did pay to ee and I had received email they received my payment. I want to confirm everything is fine
i can’t understand why ee not answering!!!

@Lamis : You paid EE for what? A new product/service or an existing bill? You can see your bills in your online MyEE under Bills & Payments.

If you log into your My EE account and go to bills and payments, does this show the payment you made?

I am new to EE and just payed my first bill it on my online banking it’s paid but on my EE app it’s over due anyone this problem thanks
